Making Changes Work in Youth Centres

Youth centres operate under heavy stress with minimal resources, but with lots of passion. Change, though beneficial, can seem burdensome as it takes time and energy away from day to day activities. This booklet was designed to support youth centres in identifying their strengths and weaknesses, and implementing beneficial organizational change. The focus of the Guide is on tobacco control, however the process and activities can be applied to any issue.
