i noticed that there is an problem with housing there....there are housing problems here too..in your picture there were a bunch of slumbs houses and then there was a rich neihbourghood next to it and it was all bordered up with a fence around it..its like that here....except its not to the extremes...there are 'dangerous' small old apartment buildings and then there are these really rich and high condos .....they are people making money out of these condos so they are all over the place. they tear down school yards and parks to make condos..they go also tear down some parts of the neighbourhood and place condos.....k well thas all the time i have..so please reply ~~~ thanks

In Mathare, there are stone and mud houses that are rented at different rates 1,500 and 300 ksh. respectively. There is a lot of poverty, drunkenness and stealing in the area. Availability of work is at a minimum, even business does not prosper well other than those for basic need like kiosks (small stall that sells basic house stuff) butcheries and hair salons.

in t.o we have a lot of poverty 2. I personally think that it's disgusting that canada can't atke care of it's homeless ppl. They can pay the government lots of money, and pay the sports stars 2 million a year, but they can't spend money to help the people that are starving. But we do have organizations that try to help people like the daily bread food bank that takes donations of money and food and packs up the food and sends it to hungry familys. There are also many littler companies that help the homeless and hungry. There is stealing everywhere i think but hte police are trying to stop that and many other things like killings and beatings and hate crimes and things like that.
